Originating from Germany, my lifelong devotion to sports and fitness led me to Canada, where I've translated my passion into a life's mission: aiding people in reclaiming their lives through lasting fitness. With nearly a decade committed to clients over forty, I have established Forever Active Personal Training.
The heart of personal training lies in individualization, and our focus remains unwavering—providing paramount training, meticulously designed for those beyond forty. Amid a sea of young gym enthusiasts chasing selfies, we elevate substance over imagery, prioritising outcomes above all.
With my seasoned background and ACE Professional certifications in a range of specialties, including Personal Training, Functional Fitness Training, Senior Fitness Training, PPSCX Kettlebell Training, and Personal Training Program Design, I am dedicated to and for, our clients.
