I've set myself a new goal. Not because it's the start of a new year or a fresh quarter—but because I believe goals should live with us, grow with us, and evolve throughout our lives. Whether it's a daily intention, a weekly challenge, a monthly mission, or something you've been quietly dreaming about for years—goals keep us moving forward.
So, here’s mine: I'm training to compete in my very first HYROX event.
What’s HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness competition that combines functional strength exercises with endurance running. It's 1km run intervals broken up by eight demanding stations like sled pushes, rowing, wall balls, and burpee broad jumps. It’s sweaty. It’s intense. And it’s exactly the kind of challenge I’m ready for.

Why? Because I want to show that no matter where you're at in life, there’s always room to chase something new, to push a little harder, to surprise yourself.
The Journey So Far…
Let’s just say my legs are having second thoughts after those 8x1km intervals—but the stretching is keeping the peace. The workouts are no joke, but the sense of drive it brings? Unbeatable.
